How is the food packaged for shipping?

Our legendary meats are fully cooked, flash-frozen, and vacuum-sealed to lock in flavor. We ship them in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive safely and remain at a food-safe temperature.

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Most orders arrive within 1-2 days of shipment depending on the selected shipping method and your location.

How do I reheat my Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que?

Each order includes a detailed heating guide. Generally, we recommend thawing the meat in the refrigerator and then using a slow-heating method like a conventional oven or a water bath to maintain juiciness.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship our perishable BBQ products within the United States. However, our world-famous sauces and dry rubs can be shipped to many international destinations.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for a resolution.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Because we use carriers like FedEx and UPS for temperature-sensitive deliveries, we require a physical street address and cannot ship food items to P.O. Boxes.
